We have different types of molds on which we achieve classic, calibrated, or ergonomic fits. The molds have diameters ranging from 90 to 160 mm to cover all sizes, from the smallest to the largest.

After fabric thermoforming, the preformed cups are trimmed using dies or a band saw, using cardboard templates.

For bra cup molding, we have molds with constant thickness and molds with graduated thickness. We are able to reproduce multiple models based on Customer requests.

Our cups are cut using a KUKA robot with three-dimensional technology, with which we establish the tool path that will always be the same. This allows us to guarantee:

• maximum cutting precision

• that the right cup and left cup are identical to each other

• the position of the “apex” and thicknesses is always constant

We handle three-dimensional fabrics characterized by a structure of planar and transverse yarns interwoven in three dimensions. The result is a cup with superior support, breathability, and lightness, suitable for both technical underwear and performance beachwear. Experience on elastic, rigid, and logoed materials allows us to define parameters that preserve hand, elasticity, and dimensional stability.

Based on this specific peculiarity, after study and research, we have set up part of our machine park for 3D spacer thermoforming.

We support underwear production and swimwear production collections, as well as clothing items requiring preformed cups for dresses: from bustiers to bodices, up to tailored garments with invisible internal support. Objective: combining aesthetics and functionality, with stable volumes that maintain shape and comfort over time.
