This accessory defines a detail of the garment, or determines its comfort or seal. We perform custom cutting, guaranteeing dimensional consistency and quality ready for sewing.
We harness the power of the automatic roll slitter with rotating blade on CNC spindle: we set widths, speeds, and pressures to obtain linear edges free of fraying.
An automatic winder manages tension along the entire roll, maintaining constant measurement from the beginning to the end of the yardage. The result is a ready-to-use collarette, which reduces sewing stops and packaging waste.
We cover all needs, working on every type of laminated and non-laminated fabric, to guarantee maximum flexibility:
bias binding for elastic finishes on necklines, armholes, and leg openings;
cross-grain binding when stability and containment are needed;
straight-grain binding to exploit the warp and limit deformation.
The choice of cut (bias/cross/straight) is shared with the Customer based on the request. To ensure that the edge measurement remains uniform from start to finish, we use an automatic winder that uniformly regulates fabric tension within the entire roll.
