In our Textile Production Technical Department, over 40 years of experience in our fabric cutting room combine with the use of cutting-edge software for textile pattern making, allowing our operators to precisely evaluate fabric specifications, patterns, and delivery times, to propose tailor-made production solutions for our clients producing lingerie, beachwear, and women's, men's, and children's clothing.

Pattern design and product development services

Through the use of 4.0 technologies and dedicated algorithms, our Textile Production Department achieves maximum efficiency in placements and consumption, including the coordination of remote cutting room activities.

This synergy between traditional skills and advanced technologies allows us to offer an optimal and personalized pattern making service, maintaining high standards of precision and efficiency.

Tools and Expertise

Our Technical Department uses a complete set of equipment for efficiency and control:

DIGIT for accurate digitization of paper patterns.
LECTRA/INVESTRONICA 2D CAD for model development and marker creation.
ALPHACAM 3D CAD for modeling bra cups in three dimensions.
Management and progress software with dedicated algorithms for multi-model, multi-order, and multi-color markers, to maximize the optimization of consumption and working times.
Cardboard cutter for creating templates in cardboard or other materials.
LECTRA ALYS Plotter for printing and plotting in HPGL format.

The integration and availability of systems support all phases of our cutting room. Our operators precisely evaluate fabric specifications, patterns, and delivery times to propose tailor-made production solutions for our clients.

Integrated flow with cutting room

Our textile pattern making office, marker development, and cutting room work in continuous exchange; technical data feeds production and, when required by the garment model, we also coordinate bonding, preforming, and accessory processing.
